Choosing a mesh count
- 110 - lower detail, thicker print, ink passes through easier.
- 130 - little more detail, thicker print, ink passes through easier.
- 160 - most popular, works on most prints, moderate detail, thinner print
- 180 - Little more detail than 160 or for softer handfeel
- 200 & 230 - high detail, halftone prints, thin print / low ink deposit
- 305 - very high detail, poster printing, CMYK Process Printing, tiny halftone dots
Art Requirements
- The size of your art file should be the exact desired size of your print. If you are unsure please put in the notes section the size you would like your artwork to be
- Artwork is sized proportionally as to not skew the image. Please provide either a width or a height
- Art files should have only the colors black and white.
- The black area in your art file is what will be printed in your print.
- In vector files, fonts should be converted to outlines or rasterized.
- Formats for optimized, high quality prints: .AI, .PSD, .PDF, .BMP
- Formats that might work, buy may not produce the highest quality prints: .JPG, .PNG
- We may be able to manipulate the file if needed, but we can't work miracles.

Maximum Print Area
20x24 Screen
- Your imprint must fit into the printable area of 14"x17".
- It must be no wider than 14"
- It must be no taller than 17"
23x31 Screen
- Your imprint must fit into the printable area of 17"x25".
- It must be no wider than 17"
- It must be no taller than 25"
Shipping & Fulfillment
- Pre-burn orders ship in 2-3 business days once art is finalized and any questions have been answered via email.
